1. Are there any hidden fees?

The prices shown with the website packages are what you pay nothing more. We do not believe in hidden cost or giving quotes like other web design companies. Of course, you always have the option of adding on additional web services like domain registration and web hosting to name a few.

2. How long does it takes to build a website?

The entire process takes 7 – 10 business days unlike other web design companies which can take as long as 4 to 6 week for up to 10 pages. You will need to have your logo in electronic format, images ready, and text written.

3. Can I purchase my domain name and web hosting from someone else?

Yes.

4. Who owns the website when the project is complete?

You have full ownership of the website once the project is complete. All can host the website where ever you like.

5. When is payment due?

At the start of the project.

6. Do you offer refunds?

We have a 100% money back guarantee policy. If you are unhappy with our services during the design process, we will be glad to refund your money. Once we turn the website over to you, we will be unable to refund your money.

7. Who maintains the website?

You will have access to maintain your website. Do not worry; we will supply you with a video on how to keep your website up-to-date. Also, we are a phone call away. If you are still uncomfortable maintaining/updating your website, we can do it for you for flat rate of $45/hour.

8. What is the Online Yard Sale

We are showcasing one of our eCommerce Website models while hosting an Online Yard Sale.  Customers can purchase goods at bargain (yard sale) prices . If you live in the Atlanta Metro Area you can come by and pick up your item for free (no shipping cost) or we can mail to your home with a small shipping fee. Due to the nature of this Yard Sale event, all Sales are Final!
